Underground Fitness provide BootCamp and Group Fitness classes throughout Ayrshire. The classes are taught by Fully Qualified Personal Trainers, and offer a mix of cardiovascular, resistance, and body weight exercises.

Not only are they suitable for all fitness levels and experience, they also offer an affordable alternative to a gym membership!

BootCamp

Our BootCamp sessions offer a low-cost, effective and challenging workout, suitable for novice exercisers and fitness enthusiasts alike.

They last up to one hour and contain a mix of cardio, resistance and bodyweight exercises, to provide an all-over body workout.

While the sessions have a competitive element, you will work at your own personal level and intensity, no matter how challenging the session is. The team-based theme encourages participants to really put the effort in and achieve results.

Using functional sports based training methods, our aim is to create a culture away from the mainstream of conventional gym training. We take our clients away from machines and get them moving in the way that we were all designed to move.

By providing a mixture of strength based exercises and cardiovascular training our BootCamp sessions will work the heart and lungs and give almost every muscle in your body a workout.

As Advanced BootCamp Certified Instructors we can ensure our sessions get fast results while creating a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness—endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance, it's challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment.

Kettlebells encourage you to stabilize the body and engage the core in a new way, while integrating whole body movements that are often missed with other types of training.

Not only will they improve the appearance of your physique, they will give you strength and mental toughness that you did not know was even possible.

Kettlebell training is an excellent workout choice and great alternative to step classes, spinning classes & circuit classes etc.

If you are interested in burning fat, building muscle, or increasing strength and stamina…then kettlebell training is a fit for you.

Unlimited—£40 per month

Unlimited classes a month.
Attend 3 classes a week you could save yourself £20 per month.

Month 8—£32 per month
Eight classes a month @ £4 per class
Month 4—£18 per month

Tony has been involved in fitness for 10 years, and is a specialist in the rehabilitation of clients with Low Back Pain.

Other specialities include; resistance training, cardio vascular conditioning, and functional based training.

Tony is a firm believer in “you can never stop learning” and as such has continued to gain numerous qualifications to develop his skills throughout his career.
