Our Suspension HIIT sessions offer an effective workout, suitable for novice exercisers and fitness enthusiasts alike. You will work at your own personal level and intensity, no matter how challenging using the TRX Suspension Ropes. 

Benefit from Fat Burning not only during, but for hours after.
Combined with a proper nutrition plan, any excess fat that you have will melt off rapidly.

Boxing HIIT

Boxing HIIT

Boxing HIIT is a fun pad work class where you will learn how to box, practice your technique and combos. Fantastic cardiovasclular workout to keep you fit and healthy. Workout your frustrations of the week on some pads and complete some body weight exercises with a group of like minded people. Where the class will fly in, no treadmill boredom here.
